Suggest some matlab compiler for windows 8.1

I tried to install "compiler SDK" a number of times. Every time it failed. Screenshot is attached with the post. Please suggest the solution or some other alternatives. I need to compile a c,c++ file in matlab R2013a

Yes sir, i followed those instructions too. The screenshots of some of the log errors are attached with the post
