I want to run a simulink model not in time but in distance domain.

How will i do integration and differention as vdx is not allowed in integration block? Also i want to create the model in domain other than time do you have any example to share?

This is not clear. What is vdx?
velocity*differential of distance

Simulink simulated dynamic systems, therefore it runs in the time domain. In this example, a flexible beam can be modeled as a series of elements using SimMechanics which uses a finite element analysis type approach.
