I have a YCbCr image.I have applied bit plane slicing now i want it to convert into window of size 16*16 or 32*32.How will i do it.Please help me.

I have a rgb lena.jpg image which i have converted into YCbCr image.Then i applied bit plane slicing to that now i want to have different block of size either 16*16 or 32*32 so that i can process further.please let me know to proceed further.
