Real-time interaction between Simulink and TI C2000 F28069 MCU

Is it possible to create a model in Simulink that can run on the F28069 MCU, and then plot data from the MCU in Matlab in real-time? If not, is there an alternative to achieve this? I need to gather data while a program is running on the MCU.

I am using CCSv6 and Matlab R2015a.

From what I've read, this was possible in CCSv3.3, but that version is not available anymore.

I'd be interested in this too. Unfortunately the RTDX technology is no longer supported. This allowed real time data transfer and there are Simulink blocks too.
