How to initialize the value for beamforming weights and channel matrix

"Power Efficient Transceiver Designs for Multi-Cell Coordination in MIMO Cognitive Radio Networks" This is my titleof my project... The aim is to minimize the total transmit power and improve the SINR...For that i am using one algorithm that is decenralized algorithm...In that i have to assign beamforming weights and channel matrix...So how i have to initialize the value for both of that? also this algorithm is an iterative process...so by each iteration the SINR value gets increased....
