id.exe has stopped working on Simulink to Arduino Mega 2560

Hello, I tried to run my code on Arduino Mega 2560 from Simulink with Arduino Support Package v.1.6.1 I received the following error:

### Build procedure for model: 'untitled' aborted due to an error.
Error(s) encountered while building "untitled":
### Failed to generate all binary outputs.

Then a window will pop up saying id.exe has stopped working.

I'm attaching the complete text from diagnostic review I'm using Windows 8.1 on MATLAB R2015b.

Hmmm, the reason is not apparent; it just says that it generated an error but doesn't say what the error is.

Madhu, thanks for your reply, I have tried to re-install MATLAB & Simulink, and I have tried numerous reinstallation of the support package. The way I install the support package is simply download and install it from add-ons on MATLAB toolbar. And I have set path to the whole folder of the support packages folder.

Have you contacted Technical Support with the MathWorks? It could be a bug and they can let you know if there are any known fixes.
