upgradation of license

Hi , I have a purchased version of Matlab R2011a ...I want to upgrade to R2011b .Do I need to buy the license again or simply I can upgrade it from Mathworks site by providing the credentials...

You may need to pay a software maintenance fee in order to upgrade. You should contact MATLAB Sales to see what you are eligible for.
