i can't connect my raspberry pi by matlab, help me please!

i wait for so long ,but it is still like the picture shows,and i can't close it.

Hi!
Do you establish ethernet connection to RPi and your host computer in the same network?
Does RPi obtain IP from DHCP server?
Can you ping your router or RPi directly?
