Sample Time Error in Case Switch

I have a simple simscape model where I am using "Case Switch" block. Please see attached "Screen1" and "Screen2" When I run it I am getting sample time error as following:

"The sample time for output port 1 of port-based 'FigureCase/Switch Case Action Subsystem/ToMotor/EVAL_KEY/EXEC_INPUT_1' is unset. All the input port sample times have been set. Specify a sample time on a block driven by this output."

Will appreciate any feedback ?
