SimulinkRe​alTime.cop​yFileToHos​t(scope_ob​ject.FileN​ame) copies to current folder, can that be changed?

I want to copy a file from my simulink real time target pc by using the copyFileToHost function. However I can only give two arguments: a target object and the name of the file that I want to copy.
Does this mean that Matlab assumes that I want to copy the file into my current folder and it does not allow me to automatically move it elsewhere?
