how to get image from axes in other function?

Hi, how i can take image after loaded into gui and take this image to read other function. I add to files so i want to know how to take image from Gui and read to Nuajas.

In Naujas, change the first few lines to:

function Naujas( img )

% imshow(img);

i.e. pass the image in as an argument instead of calling your function.

In test pushbutton2_Callback, add the line:

Naujas( image1 );

I haven't looked at any of what the rest of the code does to see whether there are other problems, but that will let you pass the image variable to your function.
