Find world co-ordinates of the 4 red points in the image

Need to find the co-ordinates of red points,For geometric Features

Tried using edge detection and [x,y] plot Thought someone could help

wont this work? You may fix the axis if you want.

Use what? To run my code, you put it into an editor window and click the green Run triangle on the tool ribbon.
