is is possible to copy the output figure onto an excel sheet

the title explains it self,i want a command to copy a graph or table from the figure window to an excel sheet thank you

If you have the Toolbox Spreadsheet Link it is easy. Otherwise you have to save a figure and then Import in in Excel. But there is no command for exporting figures to Excel.
