Export to shape file or other vector format

Hi everyone. I need to export cell array which is result of the function bwboundaries to shape file (ArcGIS) or other vector format so I could read this array by ERDAS or ArsGIS. Is there a way to do it?

There's shapewrite in Mapping Toolbox.
