3d Multidimensional array plotting

Hey there,

I have a 3d array that I want to plot. I tried to do it with surface and isosurface commands but it seems that they are not working or probably I am doing something wrong. Actually patch(isosurface(...)) command is working but it doesn't give me any color information in the plot.

The dimension of the array is 81x49x55.
