Separate the Image Segmentation Results in different images

Hello,

The image below illustrates the results of a segmentation algorithm. My questions are: 1- what should i change to have the same color of each segmented region in the two images. 2- How to get each segmented region in a separate image( if i have 3 classes => 3 images (each image present a region)
