conversion from jpg image to temperature data

I am new to Matlab and I've been given a task to get temperature value based on the color from jpg picture taken using dslr camera (refer to attached file). I want to get the temperature value only at 1 point in the image (let say at the center of the image) and I have multiple image as the color at that point change with time. Can someone help me with this. I dont even know where to begin.

This question has been asked and answered time and time again on this site. DO a search. Do some reading. Make an effort instead of just giving up. That you are new to MATLAB is not relevant. It merely says that you need to learn MATLAB, but that is something only you can rectify.
