yes. You can tic and toc functions for that. for example,
tic %event starts here . . some instructions
. . . toc % event ends here.
under Models-Properties than Callbacks than StartFcn -> tic than StopFcn -> toc. done! after simulations you will see the simulation time in MATLAB
