Errors in MATLAB

Hi,

a month ago I probably corrupted some files in matlab while my computer freezed and restarted. In the last days it happens very frequently that, during the execution of some scripts, matlab stop working and gives me an error of "the desktop configuration was not saved successfully" and a popup with "error reloading run.m" (run.m is my script but it often happens whith other scripts!). If I click on the OK button in the popup, it appears again. and I can't do nothing but logging out from my Ubuntu and relogging in.

Moreover, everytime I open the FIRST script in a matlab session matlab outputs me an error: "[Fatal Error] :66:149: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity."

I really can't solve these problems. Anyone can give some hints about it???
