How Can I add a data to a Stateflow as an input data?

I have created my stateflow chart, and then I have a set of data (in .mat file, or excel file) that is already collected from different kind of sensors, I need to use this data as an input to my stateflow. So, it can transition between its different states based on this data.

Any idea?
