How to use Error Rate Calculation in simulink

I want to know about Error Rate Calculation block.

I want to know about the restriction of input data's size and sample time .

For the error rate calculation block, the input sample times must be discrete. For data size, as long as its not multi-channel, it will work. That is, the data inputs should be one-dimensional (either column vectors or row vectors).
