Correlation between two sequencies of matrixes

Dear all,
I have a folder with 30 huge matrixes in .xlsx format representing an estimated map. And I have another folder with 30 matrixes with exactly the same format as the first one, representing the observed data (map).
How can I calculate the correlation coeficient of each cell?
