Does matlab make simulink blocks for pil on stm32f4 discovery board?

I am using stm32f4 discovery board for PIL (processor in the loop). Stm32f4 has simulink blocks made by stm. I want to know if these blocks work on every matlab versions even on the updated ones, and i want to know if matlab has made stm32f4 blocks for simulink(which means package made by matlab not stm).
