Is My-Self Paced Courses Working?

I am trying to launch MATLAB Fundamentals from the "My-self-paced courses page (these courses come with my account through my school account) and after doing so it repeatedly tells me "Your MathWorks account does not have a valid user ID" and asks me to submit a new username whenever I input one.

Is anyone else getting this problem?

I was having the same issue. Try updating your user ID before by updating it in your personal profile in your account settings
