I am implementing Crossing Number Algorithm for minutiae detection in fingerprint but the code is giving some false minutiae and also it is taking much time??

I have attached 2 files. cn_score.m will call cn.m file. cn.m is the file wher Crossing Number Algorithm is written. Please try to debug the code.
