Your tp values are not unique.

Note: it is recommended that you move that loadsig out of the loop, since it is going to be loading the same data each time. Also, is TL_EX_16 a function? I can see that it is part of the name of your .tr0 file but other than that I do not understand what the TL_EX_16(vals(j,:)) line is intended to do.
