External mode error F28377S

Hello When i try external mode on F28377S sometimes i get this error:

Could not execute target data map file 'TestQEP1_ert_rtw\TestQEP4_targ_data_map' or it does not exist.

reopening model helps but why am i getting this error? is it bug in simulink? Notice it looks in wrong folder (older version) QEP v1 vs QEP v4
