How can i synchronize two signals to compare?

Hi all,

i have time signal on x axis and 2 different signals on y axis. But i need to synchronize this two signals on y axis to compare. I can change time signal manually but i am searching a bit automatically solve. Any ideas? I would be very appreciated for your answers. Thanks a lot!

One option is the Signal Processing Toolbox alignsignals (link) function, or related functions linked in and at the end of that page. (I believe it first appeared in R2016b.)

I do not have your data to test with the functions.
