Problem with arduino package installation on Matlab 2018b

I'm trying to download the arduino package for matlab. During the download and installation progress the "Downloading support package(s)" achieves 100%, but the download stands on "Downloading Third-Party Package(s)" and doesn't finish the installation. What's the problem? By the way, my internet connection is working well. Besides that, when I was using the Matlab 2017b I didn't have any problem to install this package.

I had this problem and solved it running Matlab as administrator, then trying to download and install the package.
