HOF特徴量を出す関数はありますか。

HOF(Histgrams of Optical Flow)を出す関数はMATLABに入っていますか。 入っていない場合、どのようにプログラムを組めばよいでしょうか。

MATLAB にはないみたいです。ただ、検索の過程でこちらが見つかりました。

との記載があり、Computer Vision System Toolbox が必要みたいです。
