I want to set up Integrated Development Environment which will enable preparing control models in Simulink. After compilation and conversion to C code I want to use IDE for transfer of this code to Development Boards which should have Digital and Analog Input and output channels for communication to other devices. Please suggest suitable Development board and IDE for this.

Matlab/Simulink directly supports these hardwares/boards.
You can start with arduino which is simple and easily available.

If have the R2012a version MATLAB and Simulink, you can install support for Arduino, BeagleBoard, and LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT by entering "targetinstaller" in a MATLAB Command Window. Target Installer automatically installs the third-party build tools required to run a Simulink model on those three types of target hardware. For wider range of target hardware, and to customize the generated code, use the Embedded Coder product.
