Could not connect to the image acquisition device. Device may be in use.

I am using Microsoft Kinect XBOX360 and MATLAB R2018a academic version. Using image acquisition tool box, 'start preview' and 'start acquisition', there is an arror occured like this. What is the solution

Are any other windows processes using the Kinect?

Can you access the kinect from any other processes outside of MATLAB?

Sir when i opened using SDK it works..

Try executing:

>> imaqreset

Then try to access it again.

Also make sure that the SDK is closed and has ended it's connection to the camera before trying to access it though MATLAB

Sir Thank you very much. I got the access. But i did not able to find out the skeleton. All the other options i.e., color, depth is always working but tracking is not workinh=g in the image acquisition tool box
