standard shapefiles in Mapping Toolbox?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the shapefile that Matlab Mapping Toolbox comes with? For example, I know it has landareas.shp and worldcities.shp but what else? I don't want to waste time looking for some open source shapefiles on the internet when the toolbox provides them standard but I can't find the complete list anywhere. Thanks
