What is the diferrence between finddelay vs dtw functions?

What is the diferrence between finddelay() and dtw().

How can I interpret the information from dtw?

I`m using finddelay to get how much a signal is delayed from another. However in some situations finddelay() does not give the correct information due the lack of time samples or noise.
