It's possible to access matlab web app from iPhone using IP if my laptop is running using mobile hotspot but it is impossible if I use school Wi-Fi.

I am working to access my matlab web app from other laptops and my mobile phone.

I set for inbound rules for some port numbers: 80,443, and 9988. (I tried the three ports but all do not work).

I simply thought it is port problem.

However, when my laptop is running using mobile hotspot from my iPhone, it is possible to access the web app using IP, but other laptops couldn't access.

So, I guess it is problem of internet and intranet.

There is an option to use https instead of http if I use private key and certificate files (However, I don't know where can I get them).

Would you guys think it can resolve my access problem?

Or, please let me know if anyone has suggestions or good ideas to figure out this problem.
