Moving ROIs using the "new" images.roi classes

I have an old GUI utilizing imellipse and addNewPositionCallback to dynamically update whenever the ROI is moved.

Just recently, I discovered the "new" images.roi classes, and am trying to move the code onto this platform. From the MATLAB documentation, I can see, that drawellipse and images.roi.Ellipse have an event called images.roi.ROIMovingEventData - unfortunately, the help provided via MATLAB documentation is extremely sparse with no example showing how to implement the ROIMovingEventData event.

Has anybody got an idea for how to do this?
