How to cut out a quadratic iris image from the eye region using visable light images of the face?

I am after any free iris algorithms script that automatically can crop out the iris from raw pictures like the one shown in A below, to produce quadratic cropped out iris images like the one that is shown in B below. If anyonw can help me with this I would be most grateful. Best / Mats

Hmm, yeah thats the problem, I dont know how to ”Code it up”.
