how to apply transfer function to raw data in frequency domain

Hi,

I have some data source (frequency domain) that I need to pass through a tranfser function. The data source is simply two column array, first column = frequency, second column = value;

theoretically, in frequency domain, I simply need to do multiplication of data source and transfer function, but data source is clearly not a transfer function format.

Is there any way to do the multiplication?
