Ploting the ouline of one image on the Matlab plot

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have plotted the attached Plot (Elevation_0.fig) which it shows scattering points of one car. then I have the ouline.jpg and I would like to plot the outline of this image only as a line. But as you see in .fig file now, only there is some lines which they show the width and the length of car not exactly the outline of car. I would like to replace this line exactly with the outline of car.

Could you please help me how it is possible with Matlab?

You have mentioned about the .fig file but you have attached two .jpg files. Exactly about which file are you refering.
