How to implement an MPC to a MISO system

Hello everyone,
I have a system like the one attached. It is a non linear system with 2 inputs. 1 controllable, the other one just effects the system but non-controllable. How to implement a MPC controller to this system is my problem atm. Or is there any other control techniques that I can use to control this one.
