Simulation of an Induction motor

I wish to generate training dataset for a Machine Learning based fault detector of an Induction Motor using the Asynchronous Motor model in Simulink / Simscape. I am observing the Stator Currents and noting that each simulation run is almost identical to the next. Any idea about how to add variability like a real motor?

Kindly let me know if you know the answer for this question. I am also working in the predictive maintanence of induction motor, is that feasible to obtain data sets over a period from the motor modelling ?
