How can I write the code of genetic fitness function value plot with custom plot function for a mixed integer linear problem?

I think that it is a mistake to use the genetic algorithm to solve a mixed-integer linear problem. Instead, use intlinprog. To use a custom plot function for intlinprog, see intlinprog Output Function and Plot Function Syntax. It is possible that the built-in @optimplotmilp plot function will satisfy your needs.
