Where is MATCOM in MATLAB v2019?

Are there still a MATCOM compiler in MATLAB v2019?

The last time when I ran MATCOM was in year 1996. MATLAB version was 4.2 at that time. It had a MATCOM compiler to make the mat file ran faster as a C executable file.

The latest version of MATCOM that I can find evidence of was MATCOM v4.5 from somewhere around year 2000. Mathtools Ltd does not appear to have any remaining reference to it.

If it is available at all, it would either be in a pirated version, or just possibly obfuscated C++ code for Linux.
