how to extract data of 3d image (jpeg format)

how to extract data from 3d image.. is it possible using MATLAB? or any other software?

Sir, are you looking for the extract the plot data from the attached image? But the shapes of curves are quite popular, you may model it own.

Who created that plot? If you did, then you should already have it. If you didn't, can't you ask the person who made the plot for it? If you have the .fig file you might be able to get it but you can't get the data just from a perspective 2.5-D view of 3-D data.

An increasing number of locations have "Open Data" policies now -- that is, everyone is entitled to ask for the data used for an article. Older articles would not have those rules, though.
