How can I create an executable from my Simulink model that receives the parameters from a GUI

Hello,

So I have a GUI where the users inputs the parameters for my Simulink Model and then this model is called. I want to create an executable from this, however the App Compiler does not support Simulink Models and this solution here does not support parameters being received from a script.
