how to detect the washer in this Image ?

Hello i have this image and i have to detect the washer in this image can someone help me please with the code

With a lot of massaging it's probably possible to come up with some code that will detect the washer in that image. Such code would utterly fail on other similar images because of the very poor quality of the image.

The first step of image processing is to get good quality images. Your washer is not even in focus. So my advice would be, before even thinking about how to process the image, improve your imaging and lighting setup. Make sure that the washer is in focus (if necessary close down the aperture to increase the depth of field), and make sure that it has good contrast against the background.
