How to smooth an edge using edit tool box in MATLAB

I have uploaded a fig file here. The upper line in the graph has a sharp down trend. I want to make it relatively smooth as I have tried to do in the attached jpj file with the help of pencil. I mean instead to bending at sharp 90 it should bend similar to the line drawn with pencil.
