2D quiver over world map/map of europe

Hi, I am trying to plot my data (plotted as quiver plot) overlaying at the world/Europe map.

I would like to show the vectors at few fixed lat positions during 24 hours (probably u should have transferred hours into longitude values)

May anybody help me with this task? Thank you in advance
