2020a prompting for an activation key

suddenly, on our concurrent license, when we try to install 2020a, the installation seems to have changed, and is asking for an Activation Key for the license ... which we do not have, as we always just use a license file that points at the network license server ... what do we do here?

Yea .. already tried that ... the Install / Activate tab that you are supposed to go to isn't there

You can deactivate from your account on their web site. And in Windows, there is a section in the program group under the start menu that does it. If you still can't, then call the Mathworks on the phone. They have fast and free telephone help, even for students.
