Why do I see "Error -1303: Enterprise License required" in the log file when starting the License Manager?

This error will occur if a user attempts to start the standard Network License Manager using an Enterprise Counted Named User (CNU) license file or the Enterprise License Manager using a standard license file.
The Enterprise CNU license file can only be hosted with a specific Enterprise license manager daemon. License Administrators may download the Enterprise License Manager directly from their MathWorks Account. For information on downloading the Enterprise License Manager, please refer to the following instructions:

Note: This error can manifest as a License Manager Error -96, -97 or -15, but the log file will show error the License Manager Error -1303.
